YOU MUST INSPECT YOUR TV SCREEN BEFORE SIGNING THE FREIGHT BILL
If your plasma screen is cracked or shows any physical damage, refuse the shipment and do not sign the freight bill.
Receiving Your Plasma TV
The following procedures should be followed when receiving your shipment:
- Check for any visible damage to the box and packaging before signing for the shipment.
- Check the "Tip and Tell" indicator (if applicable) attached to the shipping carton.
- This indicator will "tell" you whether the plasma TV box has been tipped sideways.
- It is important that plasma displays be kept upright in shipping.
- Therefore, if the Tip and Tell indicator is activated, take care to note it on the freight bill.
- Sign for the plasma display shipment, but note any damage to the box or activation of the Tip and Tell indicator.
- Just write the description on the freight bill.
Here is an example:
"Tip and Tell indicator activated, one corner of box badly dented."
Next, check the screen for damages by removing the box packaging and inspecting the actual screen.
If there is damage to the screen itself or other physical damage to the unit, this MUST be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

Used Plasma Display
Plasma Clearance offers "pre-owned" and "B-stock" plasma displays to its customer's "Unless otherwise stated or agreed to in writing." The unit(s) sold are "pre-owned" and "B-stock" may show signs and/or characteristics of a "used" product, this would include but not limited to; dullness of image, burn-in and color and brightness degeneration. Plasma Clearance must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of the display unit(s) that show signs of damage; shattered glass or damaged shell, in order to file a claim. Any claim reported after 24 hours will be unacceptable.
We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee for any plasma screens with manufacturing defects.
- Be sure to test your plasma screen within 30 days of purchase, ensuring everything is in working order.
- For your convenience and protection, test the equipment before the installer arrives.
- Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise, taking care not to damage the original packaging.
- Do not return your manufacturer's warranty card until your initial dealer warranty ends.
- Keep the original packaging for at least 30 days after purchase.
- If possible, store the original packaging for the life of the product-if the screen must be shipped for repairs, this provides the best protection.

- Plasma Clearance hereby disclaims all other warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Plasma Clearance does not guarantee product compatibility.
- Returns will be charged a 22% restocking fee and must be received by Plasma Clearance within 14 days of purchase.
- Products may not be returned without prior authorization.
- All returns must be in as-shipped condition and require an RMA number.
- Sorry, no refunds can be made after 14 days, all sales are final.
- Shipping is not refundable.
