Returns Procedures
Q: What are your Returns Procedures?
A:If your product is defective in any way please call us at (0808 100 3122) for an RTB number.
Defective goods will be replaced upon receipt of the defective product.
- All defective returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt, all non defective returns must also be returned within 14 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- TVs, Monitors and mounts are subject to a 22% restocking fee, we will only accept mounts which have not been used. We do not accept returns of used mounts.
In order to speed the repair of some products we have made arrangements for our customers to deal directly with the manufacturer.
- These products will be identified when you call for an RTB number.
- All returned products must be returned in the original boxes with ALL contents included, any products with the warrantee card completed or goods not in their original packaging will be refused.
- If you prefer, we can apply a full refund, excluding the shipping and handling charges.
Plasma Clearance is not responsible for the shipping charges on any domestic returns.
In order to issue the RTB we need...
1. Your name and daytime telephone number
2. Your e-mail address
3. The product title being returned
All returns must include:
- An uncompleted warranty card
- Cables
- Remote controls
- An RTB number
All returns must be in a resalable condition including, original packaging and packaging materials, all cords, cables, cartons and documentation, registration and warranty materials, and like-new condition of the merchandise and packaging materials.
Do not write the RTB number on the box. This makes it non-resalable and you will be charged for replacing the box. Please display the number on the shipping label. |
